BOOKING PROCEDURES
After booking and confirmation with The Experience Party Planning, the information given by the customer or authorized representative will be used to create an invoice. Once the invoice is reviewed and ALL information is confirmed, a payment/deposit of 50% (unless discussed otherwise with the Owner) must be made to secure the date and time of the event. Seven (7) business days before the event date, all remaining balance must be paid in full. Suppose a customer discusses with management and it is agreed upon about making final payment on the day of the event. In that case, final payments MUST be paid before services start, or The Experience Party Planning reserves the right NOT to start any work, whether it is decorations, balloon assembly, bouquet delivery, or any other services The Experience Party Planning was hired to provide.

Refund Policy
Thanks for booking an event or services at The Experience Party Planning.
To be eligible for a refund, all equipment must be returned without any damages within 7 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged.
Our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The funds will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to reflect on your credit card statement.
IIf the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing an influx of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If orders are significantly delayed, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Naturale Body Beauty is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
Damages
Naturale Body Beauty takes pride in providing quality products. If you have received a damaged product, please contact us at naturalebodyfitness@gmail.com , providing product photos and damage explanations. We will try to assist with any exchanges at that time.
International Shipping Policy
Naturale Body Beauty is currently working on shipping outside of the U.S. Please contact us at naturalebodyfitness@gmail.com with the location where you are trying to receive a product. International shipping cost will be calculated depending on the country.
Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with a product, please contact us at naturalebodyfitness@gmail.com. Depending on the damage of the product, we may consider an exchange for the same or like item. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds at this time.
